EULA

1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing or using Faturaşef, you agree to this EULA and the applicable terms of the App Store, Google Play or other distribution platform. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License

Faturaşef grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the application and website for personal or lawful business use, subject to this EULA.

3. Service Features

Faturaşef provides receipt upload, receipt reading, warranty tracking, category listing, price alerts, budget analysis, consumer petition and report features. Automated outputs must be reviewed by the user before use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Standard membership includes 5 receipt uploads per month. Pro membership may include unlimited receipt uploads, budget analysis, price alerts, consumer petition PDFs, family sharing and priority support. Current pricing is shown in the app and on the website. Platform purchases are subject to the relevant platform's payment, cancellation and refund rules.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must use Faturaşef lawfully and in accordance with this EULA.
• You must not upload fake, misleading, unlawful or third-party documents without authorization.
• You must not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or bypass the security of the service.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated or automatically generated outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

The Faturaşef name, software, interface, designs, text, visuals and related intellectual property belong to Faturaşef or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. No Professional Advice

Faturaşef is a digital assistant. It does not provide legal, financial, accounting or tax advice. Petition, report and analysis outputs are informational drafts and should be checked before submission or use.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service or close your account at any time. Faturaşef may suspend or terminate access if this EULA is violated, unlawful use is detected or security risks arise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Faturaşef is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss or damages arising from unchecked automated outputs.

10. Governing Law and Contact

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. For support or legal questions, contact destek@faturasef.com.
